As a Senior Masterdata Specialist you will be part of the Global Masterdata team, and you will work with stakeholders globally. It serves as a support function to all of Oatlys regions; EMEA, US and APAC. The main scope of the team is to establish and secure global standards and processes for Masterdata at Oatly, ensuring data quality and data efficiency. Oatly is in the beginning of setting up a new Masterdata structure/organisation and you will be part of the creation of these processes. This means you need to be prepared to work with various tasks, at different levels. You will be reporting to the Global Masterdata Manager and you are based at the headquarters in Malmö. Your responsibility includes, but is not limited to:
- Daily operations Masterdata setups in IT-systems
- Setting and developing Masterdata governance in a Masterdata domain
- Be responsible of developing efficient processes for collection and maintenance of Masterdata to related systems in a specific domain
- Continuous improvement of ways of working and processes
- Act as product owner to one of the Masterdata domains
We believe you have 3-5 years’ experience from developing data processes and system administration. Most probably you have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data/Information Management, or similar. You have a huge interest in IS/IT and a passion for continuous improvement and digitalization. Of course, you have thorough experience of ERP and Masterdata systems together with MS Excel. Last but not least, you are fluent in English, both verbal and written.
To be successful in this role we think you need a roll-up-your-sleeves entrepreneurial attitude, but at the same time the structured, accurate and supportive mindset. You are used to work with discipline and a tight follow up of the work. You will be working cross-functionally, and it is important that you have curious networking skills as well as the ability to manage stakeholders. You are passionate about being part of a changing business based on values, contributing to a more sustainable world.
You are great in creating clarity in a complex context and you have a strong drive to use communication as a tool to lead business, processes and people forward. The ability to lead your working area with pragmatism and a problem-solving approach is motivating for you, as well as the skill to think ahead, plan and analyse. Furthermore, you are able to cope with ambiguity and a high pace working atmosphere. As Oatly is in a building phase the ability of developing and establishing new ways of working will be key, together with an ability to find creative solutions.
